With more than 30 years of experience in design and manufacturing, Ken has extensive background experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical design and detailing of data communications equipment, test equipment, fixturing and consumer products. Ken is proficient in the following CAD Software programs: Solidworks, Pro-E and Inventor. Additionally, He has extensive experience with complex surface modeling, sheet metal, extrusions, PCB layout and cabling design. Focusing on design for manufacturability and cost reduction, Ken is an integral part of the design process. Following the design process, he is heavily involved in the process development for specialty machines, which includes creating 3D assemblies and BOM documentation, sourcing and quoting machined parts, tooling, purchased components, part inspection and also creating user manuals and quality control documentation.
In his free time, Ken likes to work on his motorcycles, snowmobiles, and ATVs. He also likes to hunt, fish and garden.
